This is not just a typically Ted Orland “humorous take” on Zone System enthusiasts, but possibly the rarest Orland print of all - only one example was ever made... this one (Note that this reproduction has been scanned from Ted's book - not from the fine original print).
Ted told me because this image was so difficult to print with so many different and precisely masked exposures in the darkroom this image was only ever printed once. Measuring 12.75 x 9.5 inches (32.5 x 24 cms), matted on and under 20 x 16 inch (50 x 40 cms) acid-free boards and including a modern figured maple frame (made by Lotus Cameras of Austria) under Makrolon glazing which is both UV-impermeable and unbreakable.
Note that the on-screen image has less visible detail, slightly different contrast, colour tone and overall sharpness compared to the real photograph. However, if you like the on-screen image you will love the actual signed photograph framed on your wall.
The print is supplied archivally mounted, framed and packed between multiple layers of cardboard for secure airmail delivery to most countries in the world. The price includes FREE airmail postage but compulsory Insurance on this valuable item is NOT included and will be added at cost... the rate depending on the destination - please e-mail for details and rates.
