This image depicting “Café Chairs, France” was made using a Nikon F2 with “tilt and shift” close-focusing bellows and 105mm lens. The bellows was adjusted contrary to how it should be used... thus creating a shallower depth of focus and introducing a visual blur giving the impression of movement.
The image size is approximately 7.5 x 11 inches (19 x 28 cms) on 16 x 12 (40 x 30 cms) and was hand-printed on Kentmere Art Classic fibre paper, Selenium toned and air-dried to archival processing standards.
Note that the on-screen image has less visible detail, slightly different contrast, colour tone and overall sharpness compared to the real photograph. However, if you like the on-screen image you will love the actual signed photograph framed on your wall.
